I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Philippians 3:12

This sums me up.  Pressing on means that whereever I am at, I continue to pursue Christ relentlessly.  I want to be transformed to look like him in all I do.  My family, my ministry, my community all have a chance to see Jesus reflected in my life.  This is why he took hold of me and why I choose to live for him.  That he might receive the glory.
